Hello! I’m Ian

Welcome to my website. I am an active real estate investor who flips, wholesales, and owns rental properties in multiple states. I live in New York City and do everything virtually by utilizing technology and great partners in the states that I do business in. I have been in this crazy and fun industry for 8 years now and have learned a ton but I do not consider myself an expert by any means. I have however built over 100 new construction homes, flipped a bunch of homes, and own a fair amount of rentals that I actively manage so I am not a newbie either. I’ve made more mistakes than I can count, lost money on projects, had nice paydays, had horrible rentals, and have had rentals that went smoother than I could imagine, but through it all I try to learn from my mistakes and not repeat them and repeat the successes I experience. 

I have been looking for a way to document all of my projects in an organized way so I figured why not create a site so that others who are interested in the business can see how the numbers truly look on the deals that I do and learn how to analyze prospective flips and rentals themselves. Real estate is an amazing tool to grow wealth actively and passively and I would love to be able to help anyone who is considering getting into the business. I will also attempt to periodically make blog posts on experiences that I go through, marketing tactics, and any and all real estate topics worthy of discussion.
